Our team is comprised of Project Executives and Managers, who interact to solve problems, follow up with the client, provide feedback to manufacturers and contractors and make sure that the project is executed in accordance to the terms and conditions.

• Organize, manage and provide required technical and engineering staff.
• Estimate cost of local services.
• Supply all material required for the project out of our worldwide net work.
• Assist in the quality plan of execution
• Meeting with clients and prepare M.O.M  and feedback.
• Arrange and attend meetings, discussions and negations with targeted clients/end users.
• Conducting presentations with the manufacturer/contractor to the client.
• Identify risks and plan to respond.
• Manage and control project activities.
• Organize the project plan.
• Scheduling, Budgeting and Managing resources.
• Tracking and reporting progress.
• Arrangements of closing the project as per contract.
